Payment Methods

1. Credit Card Payment

We accept credit card payment through PayPal.

2. Banking Transfer

Please transfer the amount to our HSBC account as follows:

HSBC account number: 047-697818-001

Please inform us by email on sales@clothestoyou.com.hk when you have completed the transfer. Your order will be shipped upon the receipt of your payment.

3. Check

Please make check payable to Dragonfly Media. We will advise you by email where the check is to be sent to. Your order will be shipped upon the check is cleared.

Note: If we do not receive your Bank Tranfer or Check payment within one week from the day we receive your order, we're sorry but we shall release the ordered items without further notice and consider such order cancelled.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation from Clothes To You. If items ordered are unavailable, we will contact you by email for further action.

Sales Tax

All prices at Clothes To You do not include sales tax. Shipments to some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.

轉帳後請電郵至 sales@clothestoyou.com.hk 通知店主。我們在確認收款後會立即發貨。

3.    支票
支票台頭為 “Dragonfly Media”。我們會以電郵通知郵寄支票的地址。我們會在支票結算後立即發貨。

請注意：如本店於收到訂單後一星期內未收到顧客的銀行轉帳或支票付款，本店將會取消有關訂單。

訂單確認
閣下在訂貨後會收到由Clothes To You發出的訂單確認通知電郵。如閣下所訂的任何貨品缺貨，我們會跟閣下聯絡。

銷售稅
Clothes To You所有貨品的價錢並不包括任何銷售稅。寄往香港以外地區的訂單有可能被目的地國家的稅關徵稅，此乃購方的責任。我們不能夠估計有關稅項的金額，請閣下自行聯系當地有關部門以作查詢。
